vocalyricist, minister, author and speaker whose performances and writings are unique in their presentation.

"I'm
speaking specifically to the inner man, that voice of recognition that has always known God, ....my music and message is designed
to awaken you to who God is, and I use the part that already knows HIM... it's Ministry in Music for the Soul. Being a TAOSOUL
Artist (THE WAY of writing, singing and performing from a deeply spiritual and connected place
) and Songwriter allows me to tell in synopsis, years of pain and regret
that left me paralyzed, unable to do anything but feel "helpless". I've always known that I desired (needed) to help
others, but the sad truth was, I couldn't really help myself. The restoration of my faith in the God I'd been introduced
to as a child, the acceptance of His gift of love through His Son, Jesus, the Christ, opened my eyes to realizing that I'd
had the truth within me, all along.
My further study of the Tao Te Ching would, surprisingly, open my soul to the infinite
possibilities of a Life of Faith. It's my hearts desire to always share honestly "the emotion of the moment" so that you,
too, may find the message in all that I write as it pertains to your own experience. During my exploratory journey, I learned
this most valuable lesson:
God's Love is the Only Noble Pursuit. I've even authored a tune to
express this revelation included on JUST LISTEN and the TaoBrother's release, SAY MORE.

I've finally embraced the simplest of truths: God never meant for me to do (in my own strength) the things that He planned to do
for me. I have had businesses that failed because they were built on vanity. Pride in my own abilities brought me to my knees
on more than one occasion and yet, I would not surrender to the One who had given me life and in His Grace, God allowed me
to continue on to find my own way. My stubbornness took me on a journey that included homelessness and alienation from my
family and friends. Alcohol and drugs became my tools for coping with the life I worked so hard to accomplish on my own. And
in the midst of that "coping", I achieved, by the world's standards, a good life. But I knew that the life I had with all
the material trappings wasn't the one God had planned for me. How easy it would have been to just turn away from the excess
and trust in God?! I wish that I could have walked on God's path instead of the path of vanity and pride I'd chosen. I ended
up a broken man, finally hitting bottom the summer of '96. But with God, all things work for our good, and during that time
of brokeness, I found my lyrical voice and was given the call of my life, authoring songs about the journey from darkness
to LIGHT.
I now have
one simple purpose for my life, today:
To share the painful regrets that my previous selfish life produced
and to remind all those that I encounter through song, word or deed, that God never meant for you to do (in your
own strength) what He planned to do for you!
