LUKE 8:1-15

"Simply put, the mission is to set a standard of excellence in not only 'who' we listen to, but 'why' we listen to them. The days of following artists and musicians just because they're pleasing on the eye or possess fit bodies is over. SOUND MIND and MUSIC MAGAZINE is my desire to lead the way to those wayfaring strangers who do music simply because they HAVE TO.., and were born to do what they do. This magazine will be all about THE MUSIC and the hearts and souls of those artists willful and talented enough to create their own unique voice in this incredible artform."

This page is a portal to an exciting, new endeavor by Brother EDEN Douglas .

  • How would you like to find out just who the artists are to watch in a calendar year?
  • How would you like a unique experience in discovering a new artist and their music?
  • How would you like to be able to share with others those incredible independent 'finds' but they don't own an IPOD, or prefer to listen 'out loud' to their music??
  • Are you sick to death of those extremely long and very personal artist notes that do nothing to help you, the consumer, decide if you like the music, or not?
  • How would you like to read reviews that are insightful and specifically designed to present to you the best profiles of the artist behind the music?
  • Do you seek for artists whose music is healing and teaching without being overly dogmatic?

Then, EdenDustMedia Sound Mind and Music Magazine is exactly what you've been looking for! This new venture has at it's core the express mission to educate, encourage, entertain and edify it's listeners with artists whose music and lives reflect the integrity that EdenDust has come to be known for. Imagine receiving a full year of interesting independent artists single tracks and reviews in one compact disc and booklet, for free.

At least ten artists tracks and reviews are scheduled for each quarter's compilation. The best in folk, soul, pop, electronica, alternative, country.., well, you'll just have to listen to believe! Special attention will be given to those artists that might not be able to find their niche in commercial radio or conventional marketing avenues. For your added convenience, with each individual review will include pertinent information about their websites and/or management contacts for the ability to purchase each artist's complete catalogue.

These reviews will herald the future artists that you'll be glad you were introduced to when they really needed your support and good will.

Sound Mind and Music Magazine is available, free of charge, to those with a professional interest in the music: Music Supervisors in Film and TV, Booking Agents, Concert Promoters, Club Owners, etc.
